What Causes The 'floor Height To Be Grayed Out?

Thank you so much for taking your time Jim.

 

I see what you're saying and it fixes it and so it seems if you have monolithic slab foundation checked but no foundation built you can change floor heights? Also I have a combination of stem wall and slab, is that the issue?

 

This is actually new to me. I just created a new simple plan and it seems to act differently.

...in the structure dbx. Could have sworn I just set negative floor heights in another plan but this one has the floor height dbx grayed out. Stumped again by the structure dbx,

Larry,

Did you resolve this issue?

Were you trying to lower the elevation on the back houses?

Just truing to understand for my own knowledge. I change the floor elevations but I'm not sure if I was doing what you were trying to do.
