Lower Roof height when generating Auto Roof

Hello, 

Normally, when I generate the roof, it's set to the wall height, 8'-0"

 

What is the setting for me to lower my roof when I use the auto generate Roof.

 

I would like to lower my roof 36 inches when Auto generating the Roof to create this style.
