What hack works for dimensioning to an opening for a window in story pole dimensioning when the wall is ICF (no framing no headers)

Is there a way to trick Chief?  There is a way to pull the unit, i.e. window or door top, for an elevation dimension, but with no wood frame element, I see no way to get the opening elevation.

If you want to mark the top of windows, simply change the rough openings to 0". Add the 'Header' elevation to your storypole dimension defaults and rename it.

Changing those rough opening dimensions may cause other problems...but you'll figure out if that works for you or not.

ICF builders, the pros not the DIY, recommend the molded plastic foam bucks and build openings with 1/4" clearance around windows.  I want to dimension to the opening, not the window.  I can pull a leader off the story pole for the window, but not my opening, which is 1/4" different.

Draw a horizontal cad line connected to the window, connect the story pole to the cad line, then raise the cad line 1/4" -  would be my trick of last resort.  A marker works too.

The same process I mentioned previously will work. Ensure you rough openings are set to 1/4" and change the text on the the Header elevation marker to something like 'top of r.o.' or what ever works for you. Make sure that elevation marker is included in your storypole defaults. The image I posted above was using an automatic storypole dimensions.
