I dropped a porch floor 4 inches. How do I drop the monolithic slab footing edge?

I did this post-facto and have now to deal with dropping the foundation wall top.  Where is this done?  I open the foundation "wall" for spec, and see no way.

@GeneDavis Gene, open up the room dbx for the porch and adjust the stem wall top to match the floor elevation.
