Anyone have a fix for a brick wall not lining up?

 

I have a brick pony wall meeting an existing full height brick wall.  The pony wall and brick wall are overlapping in opposite directions, same with the attic wall.  

 

- Edit Wall Layers Direction has no effect.  

- Also attempted to turn brick wall into a full heath pony wall, but that caused other issues.

Without a plan to look at, you might check your attic wall and see if it aligned with the wall below.  I am guessing here obviously but i's tend to believe its a wall alignment or intersection issue.
