RTX 3060 NOT USED IN RAY TRACING

PLEASE HELP ME . 

I HAD RTX 3060 IN MY SYSTEM i9 12900K

chief architect version X14 

 

but during ray tracing process cpu uses full 100 %. 

graphics card not used . 

 

please tell me anyone that how can i use graphics card for ray tracing  .

I think you are confusing the OLD CPU base Raytracing method and available for many years  and the Newer PBR RT ( Real time) Raytracing method introduced in X13.............  you may also need to make sure Chief is using the Nvidia Card especially if it's a Laptop.

One you have the image like you want it, go to File, then Export Picture.  You can then change the format to .jpg, .png, or other options before you save it.
