LAYOUT PDF is Black

Hello everyone,

 

Thanks for assisting me with this! I am trying to figure out why when i export, all of a sudden the pdf is black. It started happening all of a sudden and i cant seem to figure out why.

You want to print not export the pdf.  In the print dbx use the Chief print to pdf option for the printer selected.

With not knowing what your system specs are (not in your signature) my guess is it’s a hardware issue then.  First thing I would do is restart your computer and see if it helps.

That doesn't list the GPU which if its a hardware issue would be most likely the issue.  But did you try to restart your computer?  If you did and it persists then since you have x14 you should have active ssa so call chief for support.  my guess if its hardware is a driver issue.

What do you see in the Preferences > Render > Videocard Status Tab  ?     I think I have seen this reported before , so TS probably has a solution....

Out of curiosity, what does it look like while on the Layout if you toggle the Print Preview on?

You might have some aberrant line weight issue that you're only seeing because the Print Preview is showing the true line weights, etc., where the Layout view won't (by default).
