Terrain elevation

I don't ever do much with terrain in Chief (they don't make it easy) so I would appreciate some tips on how best to recreate the terrain shown in the photo below...

A sort of YinYang shape pair of Elevation Regions, separated with Retaining walls should achieve this effect:

For the slope of that lot from your photo I'd recommend using the elevation lines feature for inputting the terrain data. I'm pretty well-versed in creating terrain models in Chief so feel reach out to me if you have questions and I'll see if I can help.
