Creating a miter corner when manually adding trim with a 3D molding line

Using X14. How do you create a miter corner when adding trim with a 3D molding line? See attached photos. I have some floating walls in a kitchen which seams to not automatically apply my molding profiles to the plan to these walls. I have added the trim manually but can not figure out how to create mitered corners. Please advise. Thanks in advance!

You might not even need to draw molding polylines.  Draw an invisible wall to connect your "floating" walls to the other walls in your room and it should get the room molding.
