Offset wall

I just started inputting field measurements on a remodel project the contractor started with permits. Needless to say he got caught.

On two of the front walls of this house the top portion of the wall projects out 12" from the lower wall. 

 

I have included the plan I am working on along with a picture of this wall. In the picture this wall is to the right of the Porta Potty.

 

Does anyone know how to draw this type of wall ?

You basically need to draw a 12" wide "L" shaped room and raise the floor.

Keep the original absolute ceiling height. 

 

This is how I always end up doing it. The Bay/Box window controls are too weak for a finished product, though they are useful during conceptual design
