I would recommend sending them as a picture in the layout dbx instead of using a live view. Live view will work and once you print them the live view will update and not be blurry but if there is no chance of them changing as a live view would update then send them as a pic. Live views are designed to take less computer resources when they are not being used so they go blurry a little bit when not using them or not printing.
