Toggling between views

I just got a new computer and downloaded x13. When I open multiple views, it shows blanks. For instance, if I'm in 2D and then cut an elevation and also open camera view, when I toggle back to the 2D elevation, it's blank? Trying to figure out if this is a setting or something else?

I have seen the same thing on my end. It started with the latest update for me. It's hit or miss with 2 elevations, but definitely a problem when more.

If I run into the problem, I close an elevation at a time and toggle to the elevation I am needing until it shows up again.

 

Anyone else in the same boat?

This problem is not related to the recent Chief update.

 

We have tracked this issue down to an Optional Windows update labeled KB5011543.  You can uninstall this update and the problem will go away.  

 

To uninstall the update:

 

In Start Menu, type "Control Panel" then press Enter
In the Control Panel:
Click on Programs
Then Click on View Installed Updates
Scroll down to the Microsoft Windows Section
Find the update that says KB5011543(It will likely be at the top)
Select it
Click the Uninstall Update bottom at the top of the page
