jmartinnelson Posted March 16, 2022 Share Posted March 16, 2022 Can anyone assist with how to gather counts on lumber quantities in three dimensions? I have used the Materials List/Calculate Materials function but it only provides aggregate material needed in 2 dimensions, such as 4,800 linear feet of 2 x 8's. I need it in 3 dimensions, for example, a quantity of 28 - 2 x 8 x 12's. I need this for a lumber estimate. Our local lumber yards no longer manually prepares takeoffs based on visual drawings.
