Trouble with moving to new computer

I just transferred to a new computer and installed Chief X12 on it. I tried opening files and nothing will render, it takes forever to try and everything is mostly black. See attached image. Anyone know how to fix this? Or why it is happening?

I don't think it is a graphics issue because I can ray trace without an issue once I get a messed up camera view. And when I scroll all the way in to just a 12" or so view of an object it will show me the correct texture/color. Also, all my elevations work correctly - just camera and perspective full overview do not. Here are my specs - it is an Intel integrated graphics. Could it be a refresh rate or something? I also attached chief's preferences for the video card.

I don't think the UHD graphics card is not going to be much fun and RayTracing uses the CPU and Camera Views use the GPU or UHD graphics card. Again that UHD graphics card will not be much fun, if it works at all.
