BUILD FRAMING/Platform extends into adjacent room-New Framing Group?

To answer your question is part of the wall goes into another room, or the floor joists span into another room.  If you want to frame only that room change the framing group.

 

As best practice and to get more help.  a png or jpg picture file dragged or pasted into the forum will allow other users to see your issue without having to download something from an unknown person.  Many will just keep scrolling past instead of possibly helping you.

      X13 vs X12 - 3D

      SITUATION:  X13 3D renders, when compared to X12, appear blurred, washed out, less vibrant in quality and the vector renders have excessive line weights in X13
       
      Rather than hijack a previous topic thread, I am starting this topic as a result of a side conversation that emerged here-in:  
       
      It appears that there are others experiencing this same issue, and so I thought I would begin this here in it's own topic thread.

      As a note, I have already opened a support case with Chief Technical Support and they have graciously offered to look into it:  
       
       
      If anyone else is noticing lesser quality output with 3D rendering in X13 as compared to X12, perhaps we can share our experience and thoughts here as well as with support towards a workable solution.

      Issues with Cabinet Shelf Specification containing 3 or more library-based shelves

      Hi everyone,
      I'm experiencing an interesting phenomenon with Cabinet Shelf Specifications that contain 3 or more library-based shelves in Chief Architect Premier X13. As indicated below, when I add a 3rd unique library object (i.e. wire shelf) to a shelf, somehow the previous library-based shelf (2) "breaks" and changes from (1) to be the 3rd library object. As such, I wanted to find out if that's the intended behavior or it's a bug - and whether there are any useful workarounds. I could have used separators directly at module-level but the cabinet module needs to be covered by double doors.
