X13 - Door sill issue

It looks like you may have a paint layer in your wall definition based on the video but not the same in the posted screen shot for some reason but that does not account for the sill issues.

I agree. I took the screen shot earlier and the when I was doing the video I was shocked at how it was looking. But on the second floor all is fine.

I did mess with my walls and work to perfect things yesterday for X13. X12 is all fine so I might have some defaults not set up yet.

Its being caused by the Foundation Wall setting.

Yes, I see. hmmm. I use the same walls for X12. But removing the footing did fix the floor. Thank you, I will look more into this

So, this seems to be a bug to me.  I figured out the same thing as Michael mentions above, that it has to do with the footing in particular.  Playing with another wall I figured out that if you remove the footing for the wall, close, refresh and then put it back then the door works fine.

Yes, that is what I got as well. But I have messed with my default walls for X13 so want to just make new walls and see if it is an issue. Thank you for looking!

I am having an issue creating floor/ceiling framing for rooms on both first and second floors. I appreciate any light that can be shed on this error/Question message.
I have attached a PDF of a screen shot of the message.

      Best Regards,

      Steve G.

When I set the roof structure thickness to 7.25, the roofs are still generated at 3.5

      Thoughts?

In this video at 14:30 the presenter shows how he makes a copy of the solid, adjusts it and then subtracts the one from the other. All looks straight forward.
However, some time ago when I did this, I had a popup come up when I did not read, I only checked the box and closed it. Doing so changed things and now I am always left with the solid that I want to remove. I end up having to delete the main (makes a copy some how) and delete the solid I want to subtract.
      Here is my result...

My question is, where do I turn that popup back on, in some way get back to having it work as shown in this video?
      Thank you,
      Steve

SITUATION:  X13 3D renders, when compared to X12, appear blurred, washed out, less vibrant in quality and the vector renders have excessive line weights in X13

Rather than hijack a previous topic thread, I am starting this topic as a result of a side conversation that emerged here-in:

It appears that there are others experiencing this same issue, and so I thought I would begin this here in it's own topic thread.
Here is a Dropbox link to image and video files (generated on both a i9 and M1 Pro Max chips) depicting the issue: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/9zt4tagbuhsfkbi/AABsTnIW6DjT5uExeP6e5mcAa?dl=0

As a note, I have already opened a support case with Chief Technical Support and they have graciously offered to look into it:

If anyone else is noticing lesser quality output with 3D rendering in X13 as compared to X12, perhaps we can share our experience and thoughts here as well as with support towards a workable solution.
