Creating Built-ins

Is there a way for me to add drawers built right into a wall? They would be using space under an eave.

I would probably create a pass-through window and put a cabinet in the wall. Probably get rid of the counter, kickspace, etc. Maybe get rid of the face frame too. Alternatively, you could just place a drawer front against the wall and say it's a drawer.
