Separating Sink From Cabinet In Appliance And Cabinet Schedules

When an appliance such as a sink is placed into a base cabinet, how do I separate them out so the sink goes into the "Kitchen Fixtures And Appliance" Schedule while the cabinets goes into the "Cabinet Schedule"?

Place it into the plan first then move it to the cabinet.
