Is there a secret to getting a clean looking (mitered?) outside corner with wall material regions?   I always seem to get an inside corner butt-joint

Not material regions, but what I did for a mitered corner on wood siding was to use a corner board, that's super small. 1/8x1/8 is what I used...matte black finish.

What kind of siding did you use here? I love it! And the corner idea is great!

Thank you, but what material/siding did you draw it with in Chief?

Hi Sandi, I actually made my own material for this type of siding, however the closest in Chief's Library would probably be from the Clopy catalog. If you have that catalog downloaded, then just type 'tongue' into the library browser.
