In the end, we all do have a right to expect Chief Architect to improve and keep its place in the market. It’s simple, if you do good work, you win more work and respect, if you don’t you loose out. The improvements and new features added to each version can influence others to consider using CA as an option for their business model. There are many different professions using CA and for many purposes. Not everyone needs CA to be better or more widely flexible in what it can and can’t design, in the way of residential housing. I personally think that Chief Architect can grow further in its chosen field of residential construction. People are wanting more and more customisation options in their home designs these days. I think it’s better to use a residential based program if that is possible than having to use a commercial program to get the design work done. My thoughts.
