I'm seeking someone to complete the drafting and tweak the design so that drawings can be used for builders to quote and construct. I'm an "enthusiastic amateur", and design feedback is welcome, especially with regard to changes which will lower construction costs or increase value, including energy efficiency. Current drawings are in CA, and file sharing will be via Dropbox. YOU MUST BE PHYSICALLY LOCATED IN SE QUEENSLAND, PREFERABLY NEAR BRISBANE.
