How to Make a Boxed Out Window Manually

Hi,

I have been looking around for hours to find a straight-forward and easy-enough answer for me to understand, but haven't found it still. Could anyone give me instructions on how to do a boxed out window / bay window manually? I can see, that even people that are quite experienced in construction/Chief Architect struggle with this. I understand that there is no point in using CA's automatic Box-Bay Window tools, if I want to higher the window up past the next floor level (in "open below") and use more separate windows.

Here's a rough example of what I'd like to achieve (with less and too low windows).

I wanted to link my plan also, but couldn't for some reason...

Thanks in advance!

Thank you! This is cool. Now, I can't seem to get rid of an excess wall coming from the doorway top. How would you do it?

Didn't have time to open your file but my guess is that you manually adjusted that wall at some point?  Try opening the wall dbx >Structures tab> select default wall top and bottom height radio buttons at top.
