The breezeway in this plan was changed by the client to be crawlspace instead of part of the basement, so I put a pony wall across to define it, ICF foundation wall below, 2x6 framing only above. I am unable to get room definition, and it has got to be one or more of the four intersects shown in the image here. Plan attached. Thanks.
