Schedules and List of Materials

UIpdate:

The Number column in Schedules is equivalent to the ID column in the Material List.  When this number is displayed in a category specific Schedule it follows the ID designation. 

When they are displayed in the Custom Schedule they have the designation it makes them all start with a "G"

The "G" is the prefix designated under the Label tab of the Schedule DBX "Schedule Number Prefix"

 

It may help to post some marked up screen shots of what you are after for the other questions.  You may be able to do what you need with OIP fields but not really sure what you are after.  A fake mockup may help also.

The objective is to import the Material List into the databases.  This is proving to be a multiple cut and paste process, because the data needed for filtering, and grouping, is not contained entirely in either the Schedules or the Material Lists.

I will report the progress here or on the Chief group on Facebook.
