Sorry not trying to be rude at all but Chief is a very complex program that has so many uses that they could ask questions for hours back and forth before figuring out what the cause of the problem is and how to remedy it. Best practice is a concise but descriptive question and explanation of the situation, pictures with description of issue, or best yet is to upload the plan or layout file. Hope this helps. You really haven't helped yourself with your description, most of us don't want to play 20 questions..... and you haven't posted the Layout for Comment or even any pictures of the Issue, ie: you need to help us help you in other words... However is sounds like you didn't send it to Layout at the right Scale ( 1/4" = 1 ft being typical ) , you can rescale the Layout views if so ..or send them again at the correct Scale.
