BostonRobb Posted July 7, 2020 Share Posted July 7, 2020 I am in the process of creating a layout of a house and a detached garage. City officials are wanting to view the elvations of the garage and house individually. When I use the elevation tool it renders an elevation of the garage with the house in the background. Elevation cameras have the option to "Back Clip" the view and then you set the distance in the DBX (Dialogue Box) or drag out the edit handle in Plan View. Depending on what version you have you may also be able to "break" the cross section line and put a jog into it to adjust the view that displays.
