How to put hatch in 2D object?

Hello guys. I made a square column in CA and I want to represent it in 2D like a box with hatch in it  But  I can;t put a hatch because I made my customize column using the Box Shape. from Shapes Library

Two options:

1) Use a Post, which allows you to define the fill pattern.

2) Draw a CAD square, then convert it to a Polyline Solid, which allows you to define the fill pattern.

For a column, especially a square column, I'd suggest using the 'Post' tool which can be found under 'General Framing'.
