Why does the foundation always screw up my porches? The first picture is the house after I built the foundation and the 2nd picture is before the foundation was built. I built the porch by using invisible exterior walls. It did the back porch exactly the same way.

Sure, I've never had this problem before either.

I have save the original file without the foundation for a backup.

Did you designate the rooms as porch and deck?  Sometimes if it’s set as unspecified it will drop it down to the foundation “room” below.

The front and back porch are designated as porches.

I will try and fix everything you suggested. I didn't do that on purpose so I guess it's the default.

 

Should I not use exterior walls for the porch and make them invisible? If not, how is the best way to make porches?

I went in and took off the check mark on all the exterior walls as foundation walls and it worked perfectly when I built the foundation. It didn't drop the ceilings on the porches.

I honestly don't know how that was checked but it was and now I know to watch that part. You definitely helped me out. THANKS AGAIN!.
