We are a well established custom home builder in Bastrop, Texas that builds throughout Central Texas. Our company, Texas Classic Custom Homes, is small with only 5-9 employees and we only choose to build 10-15 custom homes per year. We are looking for a person to join our team and work with our clients to design their dream home within their budget. You would have your own 144sf office and full set up with X14 (soon to be X15). This is a salaried and client-facing role which requires patience, understanding, clear and concise communication, and an attention to details for the plans and specifications that we build to. We would require 2-3 days/week in the office as there is a lot of in-person meetings and communication needed and are open to a few days/week WFH depending on productivity. We typically provide breakfast/lunch in the office each day.

Hello everyone,
having an issue getting x14 to report the information my estimator is asking for. we primarily focus on remodels, therefore a vast majority of our projects require demo work. we stick estimate and account for sf, lf, area, and each of items for removal. In a lot of cases this is not a across the board or entire area basis or even within complete room. My team has been inquiring if the program has the arability to produce a schedule i can put on layout so they don't have to physically do the calcs for the area of drywall being removed then reinstalled. i understand i have to run a material list to have the program run the total. i have figured out how to get the program to total Base, Casing, Flooring, Ceiling area, electrical and plumbing fixtures. im wanting to see if there is some way i can set this up to pull with the ease of a schedule without having to go in and create a material list for each room involved write down the area from that then say create a room list for every program. thining there might be a macro or some way to achieve this in a custom schedule and have ran into a wall every way ive tried to run it or set it up. i will attach the current project im working on for reference. the rooms im looking to complete said schedule or report are listed in the room area schedule to the right of the 1st floor plan23-6416-Newton-Existing.plan

I've drawn the floorplan for the 7700 SF clubhouse of a development we are building. I need someone to actually do the finishes for the 3D and renderings. I also need someone to finish the terrain work and exterior areas including portico with circular driveway and parking areas, pickleball courts, pool, outdoor seating and firepits. Thank you! Please let me know if you are interested in taking this project and need price for your work.

I found another post where users were trying to find better ways to generate more realistic grass, and further conversation brought me to Twinmotion to help me render elevations quickly.
Here is a link to what I learned and shared on setting up an environment with grade and trees that is ready to import your CA model...
https://chieftalk.chiefarchitect.com/topic/24205-how-to-create-life-like-grass/?do=findComment&comment=284826
Here is the link to both the background.tm and the Grade folder... (will need to be unzipped - see detail in above post for more details)

UPDATE: Updated background files and details at the end of this thread.
See steps in posts below to set up.
FYI, I have been overwriting the background as I have improved it - it now has grass added from Twinmotion.
