Can I make/place booth seating on the back of cabinets?

I recently saw a really cool idea that incorporates booth seating into the backside of some kitchen cabinets. Instead of doing the traditional counter overhang and stools, I very much like the idea of booth seating with a table butted up against it, especially for an inverse corner. Pretty much like this picture.

 

 

Can I replicate this in X11? I think I could make something LOOK correct with really short cabinets either with a thick backsplash, or taller filler cabinets (or a wall) behind them, then just apply textures that "look" correct.

You can certainly make that banquette like the pic; I have done similar. I think you are on the right track with the short cabinets. That way your base molding can be directly applied. I would probably use polyline solids for the cushions. You can possibly find cushions at 3D Warehouse but the poly count may be huge. CA has a trestle table symbol very similar to that one as well as the bench and side chair. Good luck.
