Roof eave trimmed to curved wall - how?

Recommended Posts

Client wants the roof over a curved wall to be trimmed to the wall curve like they have on their current home.   How do you make a roof plane shaped this way?  How do you make a polygon solid this shape at that angle?  X12 may have a new feature that will handle this...?  Any ideas?  Thanks, Wynsong         Also, note CA still has the interior dimension problem when it encounters a non-rectangular room.  I've reported this bug for several years now!

You probably mean polyline solid.

Bend it real quickly and it will be much more satisfying.   Roof planes are polylines and can be edited with bolean operations.:)
