Room Labels in orthographic floor overview

Is it possible to show Room Labels and/or other text in an orthographic floor overview?  I have those layers on, but no joy.  Any workarounds?

Are you presenting your views in vector view or standard ?

Or for standard camera views you could use an image converted to material and applied to a floor material region or p-solid or even a rug.

Thanks for trying guys... I thought perhaps I was missing something, which I'm prone to doing.
Just figured out my workaround which is to send the ortho-overview to layout, then send plan view to layout with everything turned off except for room names and notes and overlay them.

This is exactly what I do!
