Vaulted ceiling running thru the house and out onto the roofs on each side of the house

I have a home where the vaulted ceilings run clear thru the house and out on to each roof at the front and back of the home.

 

Do you combine roof planes and ceiling planes to be able to draw this and to get the framing correct?
