Great printer but expensive maintenance ($300 printer head and $360 for a set of regular cartridge) For 11x17, I chose the Epson wf-7620 mainly because it scans that size. I feel the same way about HP. I have rarely had consistent success with HP Wireless and Network printing. They also eat a lot of ink. Just connected my new Brother MFC-J6930DW and what a difference!!!! Faster printing than the HP and and way better quality. Even spits out the 11 x 17 in seconds. For the price (Amazon Prime) it was hard to beat so we'll see. This is a great thread and thank everyone who contributes feedback. lbuttery Posted June 18, 2017 Share Posted June 18, 2017 Scott: good luck with the Brother they did replace my CW model twice but the third time it was out of warranty still works great as an 11 x 17 scanner I have one of the 8.5 x 11's setup as a scanner only at my museum why the printheads die ???
