Sunburst three-centered arch

This is my best attempt at describing this doorway. 

I have tried placing the doors first then modifying the arch type. No.

I have tried placing a doorway but I'm missing the window and doors. CA won't let me place doors inside a doorway.

I've searched the libraries but didn't see this.

Would all you gurus build this from scratch? I might be able to do this in Max or Blender.

I'd appreciate your thoughts!

Looks like all you need is a double door, and an arched window with custom muntins...

Standard Double Door and arched Window Stacked Vertically then apply the Custom Muntins like this.....

Mull the Units when done and save to your Iibrary when done for reuse.
