Fix hole between roof and wall

Hey,

 

I'm playing around with CA for a while but met an issue many times that I cannot eliminate.

 

When the roof meets the wall in an angle it produces a 20-30cm hole in the wall:

 

If  I raise the wall's height, then it disappear, but from the outside look it goes through the roof then :/

 

 

I hope someone have some suggestions because spent couple of hours with it without success.
