Garage Roller Door In Plan View

Hi. I have drawn a garage door and changed the door specification so the elevation looks like a roller door but how do I modify the plan view so the garage door is not such a big rectangle to represent a panel lift door.

Not sure if this will work but if you use a regular door resize it to the other head door size, make it glass adjust the frame size then put in as many mutins as you need to make it look like what you want, or put a fill box over the door you have know, or look I. 3d warehouse to see if there is one there, sorry for so mNy suggesrions but I am not at my computer to try some of these

Not sure what you mean by a roller door.  But there are sliding barn doors in the bonus catalog that could be resized, if that is what you are looking for.

Make a square and then make it solid white and put it over top of the dashed lines to hide them.

The dashed lines in plan view are there because you represented the door as a 'garage' door. CA assumes you want to know what the clearance area is for a lift door when viewing the plan so they add the dashed lines. If you are using a different type of door, like a rollup door, change the 'door' to a 'doorway' (the dashed lines will go away in plan view) and then insert your rollup door symbols into the doorway for correct 3D views.
