purchased Full Version says not connected to itunes

I recently upgraded to the full version of Room Planner.  I can see the purchase receipt and have already asked Apple for help.  They have sent me to you.  I  tried every suggestion Apple gave me to to try and download the upgrade that I purchased.  Sometimes I get the error message,  cannot connect to the Itunes store.  It should be to the Apple store.  Please help.

When you go into the Settings menu in Room Planner and go to Purchases, what do you see?
