Kitchen with Integrated Handles

I want to design a kitchen with integrated handles, I tryed a lot of things but i can't find the right solution for this.

If have attached a picture as an example

Note:  You can also specify some drawer fronts as just slabs to minimize the number of horizontal pulls.

Try placing a blank section between the two drawers and along the top to simulate the inset rail.

 

In this one I placed a molding just in front of the blank space so the material could be shown as stainless steel.

You can also achieve that look by fiddling with the cabinet face component settings (which is basically what Graham mentioned). I made the end panel as a p-solid.
