I am a structural engineer who lives in the south Nashville area who is familiar with the construction and design side of homes and buildings. I generally worked with AutoCAD, but have just recently dove into using the software for Chief Architect too. I partner with other architects in the Nashville area. We provide conceptual layouts, engineering, project management, and construction management. There is certainly a benefit to having the design performed by a large company with a big portfolio, but in my experience, it's best to partner with someone locally also. Often a mix of the two is the best fit. The ability to be nearby during construction is of great value. Feel free to reach out when you have time to see how we can be of help.
