Go to Ray Trace Settings

I'm looking for some suggestions on go-to settings for Ray Trace. I have read through a few pages of LETs RAY TRACE but haven't really found what I'm looking for. I don't need crazy realistic traces, but would like some simple quick qo-to tips on lighting and setting a standard DEFAULT for RT I can use for a majority of my interiors (especially tricky white kitchens.)
