Is there a way to save down a version?

So I have a desktop PC in the office and a laptop PC I use with Cheif at home.

The desktop was able to handle the x9 upgrade with no problem.

The laptop, unfortunately, doesn't have the graphic requirements to run x9 properly.  I can open plans, but can't see any views.

I know that when I saved files after opening them in x9 for the first time, it told me those files would not be able to be opened in previous versions anymore.  I know that a version is saved to my archive for the older version as well.

My question though, is about opening a file in x9 and saving it down to be compatible with previous versions.  Every other drafting program I've used would allow me to save down a version (like AutoCad 2013 could save as an AutoCad 2010 file).

Is this not a possibility with CA?
