You will work directly with our lead design/build account managers. Full time payroll position 401K with company match Paid holidays and time off Dynamic team environment ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Visit job sites, measure and note architectural features accurately and completely Create floorplans with elevations Execute 3D modeling drawings Design electrical/lighting layouts Create drawings of cross sections, foundation & framing plans Provide printing services Communicate clearly and often with design/build account manager REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Residential Drafting experience (3 years min) Full training and understanding of Chief Architect Software Knowledge of residential construction including truss, joists, rafters, and framing Please provide resume, cover letter and work samples.
