How To: Crown Molding over a door?

Hi Folks.  I'm trying to figure out how to add a crown molding over a door or doorway.  I see where I can add crown molding to a room's ceiling, but I want to add it as a piece of trim over a door or doorway.

 

Attached photos are similar to what I'm trying to accomplish.  I'm using X8.

 

Any tips you can offer are greatly appreciated.  Hopefully this is an easy one.

Add a Molding Line

Try "Lintel" (Door on left) or use your own moulding  (Door on right) or "Moulding polyline"
