Chopsaw Posted September 21, 2016 Share Posted September 21, 2016 Does anyone remember what the maximum file size is for tech support as I think it tells you only after you have uploaded your file and I have forgotten. I think last time I overloaded it and lost everything and don't want to do that again. I have a 38MB zip file to send in and suspect this will not work? Is it possibly 25MB? We do recommend compressing the plans into a ZIP file to help cut down on the upload time, but it's not required and you should be able to upload any file size provided your internet connection doesn't time out for any reason. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
