Concave curve on countertop?

I must be missing something obvious.  I want to make a custom table top with a concave curve.  I am using the custom countertop tool and simply want to add a concave curve to one side.  It is so easy to make a convex curve, is there another tool that will allow me to make a concave curve?

Just use the edit handles to pull it to a concave. Little triangle shape handle.

I had tried pulling it in, but was using the little circle instead of the little triangle.  Learned something new!
