Truss base? or am I missing something?

Hey all,

 

I am sure it's simple, but I can't figure it out.

 

Attached is a photo of a deck roof I am trying to replicate.  I have it mostly there, however when I join roof planes (specifically the left side of the 12:12 roof to the intersecting 12:4 roof) I still have fascia and junk showing thru.  

 

Do I need to use a truss base so the left side of the 12:12 roof sits on top of the 12:4?

looks good to me! Did you auto roof and manipulate? I can't open your plan, any way you can export to X7?
