Sorry, I should have said this is a new build.

I have this almost complete but the owner and truss company say this wall that is circled should go all the way up to the roof. The back side of the wall (drywall) shows on the other side. Is it possible for this wall to be done the way they say, and if so, can you tell me what I need to do to fix it. I tried just cosmetically fixing it with a slab with the brick on it, but the wall seems too wide coming out of the roof. Thanks! Bobbie Welch Residence.plan

Is anyone able to help me figure out what is going on with this plan. There is a gap that shows up in the 3d model on the second floor near the stairs. That's great Joe. Is there anyway I can see an example of its output? Does it measure to the exterior of the veneer for the sqft figures?

Is there an automatic method that would calculate the living area for each floor, and the garage, storage space and put it into a table format? I have been making polylines, getting the sqft info from it and putting it into my own table I made. Just thought I would check to see if something easier was available. Thanks!!!

Does anyone have a wall type for open lath like is used in the picture below that they can share or tell me how to create. I am not sure if this is the correct term for this type of wall. If it isn't, I would appreciate the correction. Happy New Year and Thanks!!!

Can you tell me how to link library symbols to hot keys? I either forgot how, or it isn't possible. I want to link an exhaust fan, ceiling fan, chandalier, smoke and carbonmonoxide detectors to hot keys. Possible? If so, how. Thanks

I hate when I don't notate what I did so I can refer back to it. I did create these hot keys for library symbols, Now I want to create more for other things in the library that I use often. Well darn, The above options work in the 3d perspective views for the materials, but the pattern is still single lines 7" apart in the vector and 2d views I send to my layouts.. Anyway to get the pattern 5" and 3" for the 2D views? Thanks for all the great ideas!

Is the a way to have an exterior landing framed automatically with its required support posts so it isn't floating in mid air? I alway go back and add the posts manually, but wonder if there is an easier way to do this now.
