    The Work:
    Residential and Commercial Remodeling and New Construction 
    Design and CAD Drafting using Chief Architect
    Assist Construction Project Managers with Client Interaction and Project Tracking
    Prepare Permit and Construction Documents
    Assist Construction Project Managers with Construction Administration 
    Multiple Projects
    Dynamic, Flexible, Small Office

    Specifications:
    The Candidate shall have a 4 year degree in Architecture or a related field and have 5 years experience in residential design or a combination of experience in design and construction. 
    Education and experience in both design AND construction is preferred. 
    Project management opportunities available with interest and ability to learn the construction side 
     
    Compensation:
    Commensurate with Experience
