Sorry to bother you, any chance you can review my project...

It is design to reduce the cost, by keeping foundation smaller and lesser roof, with common trusses.
Weber concrete owns the foundation business in Indy, Metal roof install $$$.
Location is 400x800 in field lot.
Just looking for 3rd party opinion.

Thank you,
Any comments will be appreciated esp design and cost efficiency.
>There are a few design elements that I would not want...but, most of the things I see really are personal preference.
I''l take any comments at this time, while it is in the design phase and all can be fixed [may be].
Porch in CA is always funky. I do not have a clue Why CA is not drawing porch beam properly and I always have to use psolid.

Thanks for your reply! If each item has a name, keyword, and style - how do you identify what the name, keyword and style is of a chair, for instance? Are these part of the folder names? Perhaps I should just stick to using the folders, and not do an item search on all items. Which process do experts follow to find a chair? --> open the Library Browser to see folders, open Interiors folder, then the Furniture folder, then the Arm Chair folder, etc? I work with software daily so I may be a little OCD about things..HA!
